Business Policy

Exchange/ return must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery only. After the 7-day period, we reserve the right not to accept the exchange or return.

Customers are required to return their product in the original condition with its original package, labels, and other associated items received along with a proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to review the condition of products returned by customers before delivering new items.

We reserve the right to not return products in cases such as customers are dissatisfied with the product. Customers want to switch between different products. Or customers have an incorrect item in his/her order.

We reserve the right to exchange items under the company’s conditions and policy only. Customers can change / return products according to the following cases:

Customers receive a delivery containing wrongly item(s), the wrong size or color.

Customers receive a delivery in a condition that is damaged or cannot be used since receiving the item(s).
